Thank you for visiting and shopping with The New Aesthetic. Below are the processing times, delivery times and costs for each country we ship to.
Processing time to prepare all orders for shipping - an estimated 1-3 days working days
UK Shipping times for all orders:
3-6 workings days
UK Shipping costs: FREE for all orders
USA Shipping times:
Cards - 4 - 8 workings days
All other products - 7 - 13 working days
USA Shipping costs:
Cards - FREE
All other products - £4 for the first item, £1 extra per additional item
Europe Shipping times:
Cards - 4 - 8 workings days
All other products - 7 - 13 working days
Europe Shipping costs:
Cards - FREE
All other products - £3 for the first item, £1 extra per additional item
Returns/Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (trying on a t-shirt is fine) and in the same condition that you received it.
Custom goods: If an item has been customized with a customer's own photo, text etc or a design that has been made from scratch for the customer, then we have the right not to accept a return UNLESS the item is damaged or incorrect.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We are happy to provide one exchange in size if it doesn't fit right, postage may have to be covered though. Please email thenewaestheticstore@gmail.com
Shipping an item back
To return your product, please mail us for our address (location is UK)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
